I tried a few different programs to close my 4 finger gap DR. After having four 9-10lb babies, 3 c-sections and an umbilical hernia repair, my core and pelvic floor were a mess. I'm not an exercise enthusiast, and I've tried a few other programs and was unable to see or feel results. I found the Pregnancy & Postpartum TV youtube channel while looking for some DR friendly exercises, and loved some of the different workout videos Jessica had posted. After doing a few of those, I felt confident in Jessica's expertise and teaching style. She does a fantastic job explaining the how and the why behind the different moves, and is very easy to follow. When I saw she had this program I felt very confident it would work well for me. After the first few days I could tell I had been doing things incorrectly in the other programs I had been trying, and felt encouraged that I was finally learning how to do things right. After working my way through the program I am down to a 2 finger gap, and it's a significant decrease in distance vertically. I can feel a huge difference in my core strength. My pelvic floor is also so much stronger, I can now sneeze without panicking! I'm ready to start it over again tomorrow and work through it again! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to decrease their DR and increase core and pelvic floor strength.
