I tried a few different programs to close my 4 finger gap DR. After having four 9-10lb babies, 3 c-sections and an umbilical hernia repair, my core and pelvic floor were a mess. I'm not an exercise enthusiast, and I've tried a few other programs and was unable to see or feel results. I found the Pregnancy & Postpartum TV youtube channel while looking for some DR friendly exercises, and loved some of the different workout videos Jessica had posted. After doing a few of those, I felt confident in Jessica's expertise and teaching style. She does a fantastic job explaining the how and the why behind the different moves, and is very easy to follow. When I saw she had this program I felt very confident it would work well for me. After the first few days I could tell I had been doing things incorrectly in the other programs I had been trying, and felt encouraged that I was finally learning how to do things right. After working my way through the program I am down to a 2 finger gap, and it's a significant decrease in distance vertically. I can feel a huge difference in my core strength. My pelvic floor is also so much stronger, I can now sneeze without panicking! I'm ready to start it over again tomorrow and work through it again! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to decrease their DR and increase core and pelvic floor strength.

After my first two kids, I didn't take time or care to heal my DR or pelvic floor. It made me slow to get back into the active lifestyle I love. After doing this series after my third child, I feel much stronger, more toned, and ready to get back into running. The timing was great... even when it took me an hour to do a ten-minute workout between kids. :)

I love all the workouts Jessica put together. The length of 10 minutes was perfect to fit in my busy schedule and every workout built upon the one before and was different so that you were still strengthening the core but in a different way (never got boring from doing same move). The music was fun, the quote of the day was uplifting, and Jessica is gentle,motivating , and affirming - perfect for PP. I feel so much stronger and that my body has healed. This was such a great course to follow to strengthen the core and pelvic floor.
